Hello Loves!

Are you ready for another fun and adventurous travel post!?

Well its coming your way!

I was lucky to enough to travel to Tokyo and Kyoto, Japan a couple months ago. You may have seen more images on my instagram (@saffrononrose) or on my snapchat (bruinlovexo) ;)!

Japan was so fascinating in every  way.

The food, the people, the culture, all left me mesmerized.

I loved how everything was wrapped up so beautifully. The shopping was truly to die for!!!!!

I don’t know an ounce of Japanese yet everyone there was so kind and helpful to me.

I highly recommend that you take a trip to Japan sometime in your life. It is such a welcoming country.

I had a fantastic experience, and I stayed at a lovely boutique hotel called Claska (who I did a collaboration with).  Claska is an exclusive hotel with only 21 rooms and each room is carefully designed by special designers/ architects . I stayed in the gorgeous tatami room which is a contemporary style Japanese room that gave me a taste of their culture .  It was definitely an adorable / artistic place with amazing service, but beware of how far it is from the actual Tokyo city! Its a bit far (30 minute) drive, since its located in Meguro. You can always try navigating through the subway system or a taxi though!!!

Meguro is a charming little hub that is flourishing, and does have a few unique shops and cafes that are worth looking at.

I also recommend that you get your hair and makeup done at Mohawk in Meguro. Its a lovely salon with extremely friendly people!

Anyways, here are a few snaps from my Tokyo trip.

I was walking the streets of Harajuku,  and trying to even dress like a Harajaku girl. In these images, I’m wearing a Tolani Collection Dress which you can find here on Revolve Clothing. It is such a chic tribal print. I paired it with a gorgeous  suede jacket from Dotti  which you can find here. The shoes are nude lace up heels which are from Famous Footwear Au and you can get similar ones here. It was a challenge to shoot because the day became night and it was under 50 degrees fahrenheit. I really wanted to produce some awesome content for you though and I do hope you enjoy this post ! PS. This is seriously just a little sampler of my Japan trip, I’ll be adding more posts soon to give you the full picture.

Lots of XOXO and good vibes your way,

Alisha
