Hi Loves!

I am so excited to present another post from South Africa. This set of images was shot at a charming quarter called Bo-Kaap in Cape Town, South Africa.

What is Bo-Kaap?

It is known as the Malay Quarter of Cape Town.  It is also located on the slopes of Signal Hill (which is an incredible place to head to after for lovely views). In the nearby vicinity, they also have a mosque called Nurul Islam so this place is definitely rich with history.  Bo Kaap is known for its picturesque houses and unique architecture that should not be missed.

I had to visit this place because of the colorful walls and buildings. It was like a blogger’s dream come true! You could find various walls filled with so many bright colors like pink, blue, green, and yellow.

This was my first day in Cape Town and I had the chance to collaborate with an awesome local photographer (Tegan Smith Photography). After 24 + hours of flights, I managed to drag myself out of bed early to produce some amazing content. I had to use my time here very wisely since we only had 4 days in Cape Town total. That is why I always say that I travel, not vacation ;).

Anyways, it was so worth it! It was an absolutely gorgeous day in Cape Town and the sun was shining bright.

I definitely recommend stopping at Bo-Kaap if you are in Cape Town. They have some great walls to take photos with and who does not want to cherish their memories while traveling?!

I am wearing GJG Denim jeans in this look. I get serious stares when I wear this pair of denim because of all the cut offs and rips but hey, I love to rock them. They are so fun and edgy and great to wear when it is hot out. I also paired the denim with a gorgeous pair of wedges from Steve Madden. These are my new favorite shoes. I actually even wore them through out my whole travel journey. To top off the outfit, I wore this light and breathable long sleeved blouse from Forever 21. It gave the much needed contrast with my white denim to this outfit.  Lastly, I also wore my signature Dior sunnies,  and you can never go wrong with these because they are so chic.
