It seems like summer is truly endless in gorgeous Los Angeles. And trust me, I’m not complaining!
Year around, we are always lucky enough to be wearing shorts, tanks, rompers, and mini dresses. The weather in the west coast especially California is something I’m truly thankful for after traveling so much and experiencing some pretty extreme climates.
I shot this look when I had some plans around Melrose Avenue. Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood is undoubtedly one of my most favorite places in Los Angeles. I love the chill vibe, the friendly people, and the amazing cafe scene. I decided to shoot this look against a pink nook we stumbled upon. I love the background and the feel to this location because its also surrounded by a few cactus plants. It fits in so perfectly with a happy and upbeat summer time vibe!
I wore this beautiful blue dress from Molly Bracken and you can find a similar one here. This dress is so light / easy to wear and I adore the tones of blue. You can totally wear this dress to a family dinner, date night, or even just running errands. Its such a versatile piece. It also has a lovely cut out design in the front to add a hint of sexiness.
I decided to add some pizazz to this outfit by adding this brown leather jacket. It is from Shop the Mint and you can find a similar one here. I also had to put on my Illesteva Shades to add the ultimate pop to this outfit. These shades are seriously to die for and I have been obsessing over Illesteva shades so much lately. They have some unique designs and lovely frames. You can find similar ones here. I realize these shades are a total splurge but I seriously feel like I am on a different universe when I wear them. They are also so different from anything else I own and are great quality so you can definitely use them for many years to come.
I also wore these cute oxfords from Urban Outfitters. I love these shoes and have had them for years because they are simply so classy. You can shop them here. I am also carrying this awesome handbag from Ora Delphine. You can shop a similar one here.
