Hey babes!

Hope you all had a great week. This week was time for me to play catch up since I just got back to LA. (I went back to back – from Miami to NYC so boy was I tired!)

I ran some important errands, went grocery shopping, tried to set up my new place more etc.  and have been writing scripts for some new youtube videos. Go subscribe to my channel NOW!

As you know, I just returned from a quick yet awesome work trip to New York.

I can never get tired of this seriously magical city. I literally called my mom during my trip to NYC like 20 times saying, “Mom, I just want to move here.” I know I belong in this city and someday I will make this my reality. (Actually, some day soon).

Let me be real…if I was not living in LA, I’d be in NYC in a heart beat. I love how in every corner I find people who are hustling and working towards my dreams. Actually, a HUGE shoutout to all my friends who are working their asses off in NYC – I really admire them and can’t believe how they just keep going and going. When I am in NYC, I am inspired to leave my comfort zone and hustle EVEN harder.

Alright , today’s post is actually focused on my stay at Hotel Belleclaire and I wanted to share some top spots I checked out in the neighborhood too.

Hotel Belleclaire made my stay in NYC so memorable this time.

I did not have a ton of time to explore the city as much as I wanted because I often had back to back meetings, and early mornings and long shoots but I did get a beautiful glimpse of the Upper West Side which makes me want to go back in a heartbeat.

So basically, Hotel Belleclaire is a boutique hotel that is filled with so much historical charm. Its perfect for business or leisure travelers. It has an array of cultural offerings around it – and has such a convenient location.

Upon entering, you are greeted with friendly faces and amazing service that ensure your stay will be perfect.

I love the rustic vibes in this hotel. It had so many cute corners and the decor was vintage, just how I like it.

The room was pretty spacious, and the king sized bed was so comfortable after a long day out in NYC.

I also loved how the room had amazing natural light. As a blogger, you know me already…. I NEED MY SELFIES, hehe.

They also have C.O. Bigelow products in the bathroom. (HUGE PLUS) … I mean I am a beauty and skincare junkie after all.

Anyways, now onto the best spots in Upper West Side which are all walking distance from the hotel.

Central Park is just around the corner. This is one of the quintessential NYC spots that you just cannot miss. Its great for people watching or even for a run. Whatever floats your boat.

SHOPPING! Girl, I can never do enough. Hotel Belleclaire is also near some great shops like Patagonia, Chicos, Intermix, Club Monaco. Its also very close to Sephora which is ESSENTIAL for my beauty needs.

Ahhhh! Did I mention its near the cutest breakfast spots too? We went to Maison Kayser which was recommended by my friend Rachel, and its a adorable little French spot. I ordered the caprese salad which was fresh and tasty. Mmm. Other awesome foodie spots include Milk for desserts, RedFarm for good Chinese, Parm for amazing Italian, and seriously so much more.

The Upper West Side is just awesome. Its not too loud and crazy, but it also has so much to offer :) I absolutely adored the sophisticated vibe. I would love to come back here and explore even more than I was able to this time.

Alright babes – this is it! Next time, if you are heading to NYC and looking for a cute hotel in the Upper West Side, I would definitely make a point to choose Hotel Belleclaire :)

Please comment below and let me know what some of your favorite NYC spots are? I always love to explore the city from a different point of view.

Thank you so much for reading babes!

XOXO,

Alisha

A special thank you to Triumph Hotels and Hotel Belleclaire for hosting me during my NYC trip.
